We built a registration platform for Nawrass that brings parents and the camp team together. From a link shared on WhatsApp to a reviewed application, each step has its place.
Problem
Paper forms were getting in the way.
Our conversation with the founder on LinkedIn started with a clear need: replace manual sign-ups as Nawrass expanded its offering to families. Parents needed to share child, guardian and health details, choose a session and upload documents from their phones. The team needed one place to follow every submission.
Solution
One guided flow. One place to manage it.
We designed a step-by-step form with clear consent, document uploads and a parent portal for follow-up. We built an admin dashboard to review applications, check documents, track session capacity and export records.

A connected process for families and the team.
We brought registration, documents and session management into one application, giving families a way to complete and follow their registration while staff review everything in one workspace.
